Film - Nocturnal Animals

Watch the new trailer for London Film Festival Headline Gala film Nocturnal Animals...

Based upon the novel Tony and Susan by Austin Wright and adapted, directed and produced by Tom Ford, Nocturnal Animals is "a haunting romantic thriller of shocking intimacy and gripping tension that explores the thin lines between love and cruelty, and revenge and redemption."

Susan (Amy Adams) is a high flying LA gallery director whose current marriage appears to be unravelling, despite the glossy, high-design trappings of wealth and success. She reads the manuscript of a novel, written and sent to her by her ex-husband, whom she left 20 years earlier, a thriller about a man (Jake Gyllenhaal) who endangers the lives of his wife and daughter with his recklessness and Susan gets pulled into what appears to be a savage and sophisticated game of veiled threats and symbolic retribution.

Featuring the music of Ludovico Einaudi, the R-rated film is due in select cinemas from November 4th.
