As the guys say in their podcast, "If any movie can incite a political conversation about net neutrality, it's Hackers."

Mind you they also talk about essential vests for the post-apocalyptic vibe hacker wardrobe, the fact that the smell of chlorine seeps through floors and that Jonny Lee Miller must be Scottish (he's not) because of his really bad American accent, so it's not all deep and intellectual.
